QUOTATION FOR SERVICE OF WORK PERMITS FOR FOREIGNERS

Dear Valued Customer

DETAILS OF CONSULTING SERVICE

• Offer professional advice on procedure, prerequisite for documents preparation, carry out administrative formalities for Work permit application.
• Prepare dossier to consult chairman of province/city People’s Commitee about application for approval of using foreign labour (at request of the Customer)
• Consular legalization/notarized translation of required documents (at request of the Customer)
• Represent the Customer submitting documents, receiving results registered at Departments of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs
• Give direction for necessary job after the work permit is issued.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION

1. Investment Certificate/ Business Registration License 

1. Passport & valid visa 

1. Police Clearance Certificate issued by foreign authorities            (Police Clearance Certificate issued by Vietnamese authorities is required if the foreign labour has been residing in Vietnam) *Police Clearance Certificate must be within 6 months of issue (up to the date of submitting application for Work permit)

1. Photos 4cm x 6 cm White background, bareheaded, clear face & ears, without eye-glasses (within 6 months) – 2 photos

1. Latest Health Certificate (within 6 months) 

For Health Certificate issued abroad, it is required for consular legalization to have a notarized translation into Vietnamese.

For a health check in HCMC, following is the list of applicable hospitals:

1.  Degree of University, college, etc., and work experience at least 3 years at previous company, organization of the foreign labour. Such working experience must be applicable for business line, position of expected Vietnamese company. 

Notarized translation, true copy (within 3 months)

- 30 - 35 days from the date of signing full dossier by the Customer 

 $230  Fee for implementing the service (including State-fee)

Remark: The above fee is applicable in the case that the Customer provides full and proper documentation.
