DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
For those wanting to consume walnut oil for a natural source of omega 3, 6 or 9, please follow the below directions for use:
Infants and children aged 0 - 6 months take 3ml daily; 6-12 months take 5-8ml daily; 1-3 years take 10-15ml daily; 3 years+ take 20ml daily; Adults and pregnant women take 10-25ml daily.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Salad dressings, vinaigrettes, drizzle over cooked vegetables or add to freshly baked goods for a light nutty flavour.
